A native Texan, Heather proud to join the Board of Directors of Artist Boat. Although their family lives in Houston, Galveston holds a special place, as it is where she met her husband, Dr. R. J. Lingle.

Heather is equally excited about the work of Artist Boat: coastal land conservation and providing education opportunities for youth to explore nature and create eco-art.  She generally balances her time between practicing law at Lingle Legal, PLLC, volunteering at her children’s school and scout troop, and keeping up with the family’s two dogs and cat.
